My Story
Eunate Garro is a human who works through behavior, movement and change. Rooted in elite sport and the science of human potential, she brings a rare balance of structure and empathy to everything she does. Her work combines the discipline of performance with behavioral training to help people build habits and direction for sustainable growth.
From representing Spain on the national team to achieving NCAA titles and records in the United States as a student–athlete, Eunate learned that excellence is not an outcome but a mindset built on persistence, adaptation and growth. This mindset became the foundation of her approach — where systems, methodology and movement drive transformation.
Building on her experience as an athlete, Eunate brings a multidisciplinary expertise into the business world. She bridges behavioral analytics and project design to create systems that align wellbeing with measurable results.
Her methodology integrates behavioral consulting, training, and movement-based interventions to reduce stress and build lasting change. She helps people and teams perform with clarity and purpose.
